Ubook.ca is not responsible for the failure of any transaction that has been organized using Ubook.ca as a tool to connect to a trader, buyer or seller. If for any reason a user is not satisfied this non-satisfaction is not the responsibility of Ubook.ca. Ubook.ca is a free platform for its users. Ubook.ca does not protect its users from fraud, theft, or any other illegal act that is outside the ubook.ca culture. This is a universal agreement that all Ubook.ca members agree to once they register to Ubook.ca.

The ubook.ca team work diligently to maintain the legitimacy of all the content on its website. It is forbidden to upload false information about any book on ubook.ca. It is forbidden to upload illegal content. Illegal content consists of any content, which breaches any copyright law. The ubook.ca team has the right to revoke user rights, and ban users from the site if they breach any part of the Content Protection Policy.

The Privacy Policy assures the protection of information of all the users of ubook.ca. All information uploaded to ubook.ca is the property of ubook.ca including; messages, pictures, book information, and user profiles. Ubook.ca will not use the information to solicit the user’s private information in anyway. All users upon registration agree to the privacy policy. Ubook.ca will not sell, redistribute, or reproduce user information to a third party.
